Policies:
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 30 days in advance in writing, less a 50% processing fee. Any cancellation made within 30 days of arrival will not receive any refund.
Do you allow smoking?
All rooms are non-smoking.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.
Is the property kid-friendly?
Yes, the Ala Kai Motel is family-friendly.
Do you have to be a certain age to check in?
Guests must be 25 years or older to check in, or the deposit will not be refunded.
Are reservations transferrable?
No, reservations are not transferrable.
Can I pick the unit I stay in?
Room type is guaranteed, but room number is assigned at check-in
What is your minimum stay requirement?
During peak season we require a 5-night stay and during shoulder season, we require a 3-night stay. However, our availability often allows us to fill smaller openings as they become available so please always call or check the calendar of availability. Please give us a call at 609.522.2159.
What forms of payment do you accept?
After paying the deposit, balance is due upon arrival and can be paid by credit card, debit card, cash, traveler’s check, or money order. Personal checks are not accepted for the balance. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% service charge.
Are there refunds for late arrivals or early departures?
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is 10:00 AM.
Can I check in early?
Early check-in is not guaranteed, please call us to see if we can accommodate you. There may be an additional fee. Please give us a call at 609.522.2159.

Management reserves the right to forfeit any reservation for unlawful information given at the time of making the reservation!
